Strojírna Vrága

The Company Strojírna Vrága s.r.o. was established in 2005 purely as Czech engineering works founded by Ing. Tomáš Vrága.
Since its establishment the company has been concerned with the production of welding and clamping devices for the companies supplying for automotive industry. Later, the company invested into automatic lathes which stabilized the company and helped it in its further development. Already after two years, i.e. in 2007, the engineering works invests in its first CNC machines. By purchasing the first CNC turning machine there begins the era of CNC cutting machining. In a short period the production capacities have been expanded by CNC machining centers. The increased capacities have been managed by advanced software Vision 32. In 2011 the company obtains ISO 9001 Certificate and one year later the Certificate of Supplier Qualification for České dráhy a.s. in accordance with the regulation ČD V6/2 concerning the production of the parts of the rail vehicles. At that time the engineering works supplies both serially for the companies connected to automotive industry, and directly for the companies producing engines for locomotives, trams and mining vehicles assembled by the multinational company Caterpillar.  During that time the company comes up with its own construction of fixtures in CAD-CAM software and with improved programming of machining in SOLID Works. In recent years the company has been extending the portfolio of its customers among the companies from aircraft industry and has been supplying parts for assembly of the aircraft equipment.
